Why We Built It
The Plugin We Wanted Did Not Exist
We’re a Kelowna-based shop, and every chatbot platform we evaluated for our own site failed one test or another. Tidio wanted a recurring subscription. Chatbase wanted to own our training data. Intercom was priced for companies ten times our size. The free WordPress plugins did not stream, did not pick a current AI model, or shipped with a UI from 2018.

What about PIPEDA compliance?
Conversation data lives in your WordPress database on your hosting. The plugin includes built-in AI-use disclosure, a privacy policy template adaptable for PIPEDA and PIPA, and configurable data retention rules. What happens if I stop paying for updates?
